Our service schedules are consistent regardless of the weather or holidays. The first priority is reliable quality service that treats your residents and management team with respect. All of our service tech are uniformed and are required to immediately communicate any issues.
Pacific Commercial Pool Services keeps accurate record logs of our maintenance during each visit
to your property. This ensures that any visits by the county health department are brief and to their satisfaction. Each year we review any new laws or ordinances passed by the state, county or city jurisdictions to ensure your swimming environment is in compliance with all applicable codes. We service most commercial properties three times per week April through October and provide two
days per week service November through March. Our services are capable of customization and rates are always negotiable.
With few exceptions, all repairs are done in house by company managers. Our goal is to
immediately communicate with you any issues with your swimming pools or spas and advise of
all options available to you. Upon approval by your management, we typically perform the work
within 24 - 48 hours. Leak detection, concrete repair and subterranean plumbing repairs are the
only services we contract out.
Our company is licensed by the State of California (838048), bonded and we carry commercial liability and auto policies of $1,000,000 per occurrence. Should you have any additional insurance requirements, we will be happy to consult with our insurance providers to alter
our policies to fit your needs.
